Palpatha Eco Safari Lodge is a Eco Property, which strives to give it's guest the true feeling and experience of a typical village life with a bit of comfort and frill's. These are open type Chalets with half walls, giving the guest the idea of being one with nature. Most Wild life and nature lovers enjoy the concept.
All our Chalets and tent comes with attached wash room facilities. All accommodation types have Solar lighting (with FANS), your electronic equipment can be charged via points allocated at each Chalet or at common areas within the premises. We are a 95% Eco property, meaning that we are mainly on Solar power.
We don’t have A/c rooms. All meals provided are authentically Sri Lankan and are base on set menus, along with tea and coffee and some extras on your stay.
We can arrange for Safaris with our in-house Naturalist, where you can be picked up and dropped off at Palpatha Eco Safari Lodge. Our Naturalist and jeep safari drivers are specially trained to handle guests with varied interest and to ensure the wildlife is not disturbed by us and to make sure the guest get the best chance for rewarding wildlife sittings. Safaris to Wilpathu are arranged.
